At Pininfarina Hybrid Watches, we strive for perfection in every timepiece; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the watch, charger, and documentation in the original Pininfarina presentation box to ensure the item remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the timepiece for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
